Inside the MSP desktop application, quickly drag and drop ministers into empty positions, or use MSP's powerful auto–scheduler to fairly schedule ministers taking into account their availability. Optionally leave events or positions unfilled to have ministers sign up for the positions online.

Have ministers sign up for unfilled positions online

Once you make a schedule "live", your ministers can see it online by logging into the Web Terminal. Any changes made in the MSP application are automatically reflected in the posted schedule. Ministers can sign up for unfilled events or positions simply by clicking on them in the full schedule view.

Foster a team mentality as ministers cover for each other online

Foster a team mentality and cut down on no-shows by allowing ministers to cover for each other. If a minister can't serve at one of his or her scheduled times, he or she clicks "request sub" next to that time. Eligible ministers then receive an email with a link that allows them to easily accept the sub request.

Keep a record of all changes and the ultimate power to override

All changes made by your ministers online are listed inside the MSP application. Moreover, you may choose to hold certain changes for manual processing so that the changes are not applied until you approve them.

Coordinate different ministry schedules, even from different locations
