The cost of a license for Minister Scheduler Pro depends on the number of ministers, or volunteers, the program will be used to schedule, as well as the number of computers on which it will be simultaneously installed as shown in the below table.

You may expand your license at any time for the difference in the price between the two licenses. The maintenance fee is a required monthly fee (paid annually starting six months after initial purchase date) that includes all of the following services:

  • Unlimited technical support and professional scheduling consultation and instruction.
  • The use of the internet dependent features in MSP, such as the Web Input feature (that allows volunteers to view and update their preferences and availability over the internet), the Emailer, the Web Poster, and the Data Sharing features.
  • Access to all program upgrades, updates, and enhancements.

Upgrade at no cost

If you own a license for Minister Scheduler Pro v3, you may upgrade to Minister Scheduler Pro v4 at no cost! You simply need to subscribe to the monthly maintenance fee for the new version as shown in the table above. Enter your old v3 license code below and then click the Upgrade button to upgrade to Minister Scheduler Pro v4 now.
